Most extended benefits plans cover counselling by Registered Clinical Counsellors. Typically, you will be charged at the time of your appointment and you will receive an invoice to apply for benefits coverage through your provider. I offer direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross, and am a Health Care Provider with ICBC.
No, I see clients exclusively online through the JaneApp.
We start by having a free 15-minute call to see if it feels like a good fit and to give you a chance to ask any questions you might have. From there, you can choose to book a full 50-minute online session.

No, at this time I am only offering individual sessions with adults 18 and over.
As an RCC I keep my fees in line with the BCACC's fee schedule - 50-minute individual online sessions are $160.
As a trauma-informed counsellor, I recognize that many life challenges are shaped by past experiences and stressors. I aim to create a safe, respectful space where you feel supported and in control of the pace and direction of our work.
